In a world full of stress, I believe compassionate self-care is one of the most powerful tools for healing.

I help my clients identify small, manageable changes that build up gradually. Together, we'll create a life you truly enjoy.

Originally from Louisiana, I moved to Colorado in 2018, drawn by my love for the outdoors. I found restoration and perspective through time spent in nature. Hiking, climbing and snow shoeing became tools for stress management and self-connection, helping me rebuild a more compassionate relationship with my body after decades of struggle with dieting and body image. These experiences became a path to self-acceptance and personal growth.

Before settling in Colorado, I spent two years traveling the United States exploring countless National and State Parks. That journey allowed me to immerse myself in diverse cultures, connecting with people from all walks of life. It marked a turning point in my personal growth and shaped the lens through which I now approach my work. These experiences continue to inform how I support clients who are navigating change, healing, and rebuilding a sense of self.
