Confidentiality

Participating in individual therapy and coaching is a vulnerable experience. I have tremendous respect for your right to confidentiality and follow federal and state laws regarding your privacy. I am happy to answer questions about how confidentiality is protected.

Fees

Sessions are $175 for 55 minutes and are self-pay. For clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement, I can provide superbills or work through Thrizer, which allows you to pay only your copay once your deductible is met.

Personal finances should never get in the way of receiving support. Please ask about my my sliding scale option if cost is a concern.

Location

I currently offer individual therapy sessions for Colorado residents. If you are interested in mental and emotional health support and are not a Colorado resident, please ask about options for mental health coaching.

All sessions are conducted virtually on a secure HIIPA compliant platform offering flexibility and convenience.
