Participating in individual therapy and coaching is a vulnerable experience. I have tremendous respect for your right to confidentiality and follow federal and state laws regarding your privacy. I am happy to answer questions about how confidentiality is protected.

Fees

Individual Therapy: $150/session

Health & Wellness Coaching: $570 for 6 sessions

I am in-network with Aetna, Anthem, BlueCross and BlueShield, Carelon Behavioral Health, Kaiser, Medicaid (all Colorado regions), Optum, and UnitedHealthcare UHC | UBH.

Personal finances should never get in the way of receiving support. Please ask about my sliding scale options if cost is a concern.

Location

I currently offer individual therapy sessions for Colorado residents. If you are interested in mental and emotional health support and are not a Colorado resident, please ask about options for mental health coaching.

Health & Wellness Coaching is available nationwide.

All sessions are conducted virtually on a secure HIIPA compliant platform offering flexibility and convenience.
