Confidentiality

Participating in individual therapy and coaching is a vulnerable experience. I have tremendous respect for your right to confidentiality and follow federal and state laws regarding your privacy. I am happy to answer questions about how confidentiality is protected.

Fees

Sessions are $175 for 50 minutes and are self-pay.

I do not directly bill insurance. This allows therapy to be practiced without having to assign a diagnosis to clients and further preserves your privacy. For clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement, I can provide superbills or work through Thrizer, which allows you to pay only your copay once your deductible is met.

Location

I currently offer individual therapy sessions for Colorado residents. If you are interested in mental and emotional health support and are not a Colorado resident, please ask about options for mental health coaching.

All sessions are conducted virtually on a secure HIIPA compliant platform offering flexibility and convenience.
